No bed (tonneau) cover on the market is 100% waterproof. Your best bet for water resistance is choosing a bed cover that is installed over the rail. These bed covers are either one piece or retractable, not folding.
The most watertight bed covers are the one piece Undercover Elite LX models. They are not foldable but will protect the bed and are typically painted to match the truck. The second most watertight option is the Retrax PRO MX which is a retractable cover. The only downside is losing about 1ft of bed space due to the canister the cover retracts into.

Both steps are an excellent upgrade to any truck, Jeep, or SUV – lifted or stock height. However, the main difference between the Powerstep and the Powerstep XL is the XL models have an additional 3” of drop when the step extends. The XL model can be a nice upgrade compared to the standard steps especially when the vehicle has a lifted suspension. The Powerstep XL model also features an additional rocker panel guard running the full length of the step, whereas the Powerstep model does not.
